I am not really a fan of the word dieting, as I much prefer a lifestyle way of eating instead of crash diets which just result in the weight piling back on, once you go back to your regular eating habits. Brad Pilon has created a lifestyle diet and in his book shows how alot of the so called dieting facts which you come across are actually not true. The way this program makes you lose weight is in its flexibility, you do one or two 24 hour fasts per week and allows you to eat a bit more using the principle of weekly calories.
