The Best Strategy To Burn Fat and Keeping It Off

When it comes to burning fat, take this warning seriously. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BURN FAT FAST. If you do you are already setting yourself up for failure.

For severely overweight people, this can result in saggy skin, but more commonly the weight just rebounds back on as some of you may have already experienced.

The diet I recommend aims to make you lose 0.5-2lbs of fat per week. I would aim for 1 lb, as this only means a 3500 calorie deficit which is quite easy to make over the course of a week.

As you are not dieting hard, it makes transitioning into maintenance that much easier and you are able to enjoy your new physique for a long time. You can see this great diet below:

After diet, I bet if I was to ask the majority of you, you would say the next most important step is CARDIO.

Well you would be wrong my friend. The next most important step is resistance training. Resistance training is vitally important when trying to burn fat.

With diet alone, you will end up burning fat but also muscle and end up looking skinny fat. That’s not what you want right?

I have created a guide so you can pick the optimal training you personally require:

These are the only tools you need for fat burning quite frankly. Cardio is simply optional, I do encourage cardio for the health benefits and cardio also aids in your recovery by increasing blood circulation.

I personally don’t do cardio as I try to play sports. Cardio is boring while sports are awesome and sociable.

If you’re into cardio however and would like to speed up the fat loss which I don’t recommend by the way,you should check out my mate Rusty Moore’s cardio product Visual Impact Cardio.

Even if you are short of cash, be sure to read his sales page and watch the videos as he gives away tons of FREE info which you can use.
