The Best Strategy To Burn Fat and Keeping It Off

The diet I recommend aims to make you lose 0.5-2lbs of fat per week. I would aim for 1 lb, as this only means a 3500 calorie deficit which is quite easy to make over the course of a week.

Well you would be wrong my friend. The next most important step is resistance training. Resistance training is vitally important when trying to burn fat.
With diet alone, you will end up burning fat but also muscle and end up looking skinny fat. That’s not what you want right?

These are the only tools you need for fat burning quite frankly. Cardio is simply optional, I do encourage cardio for the health benefits and cardio also aids in your recovery by increasing blood circulation.
I personally don’t do cardio as I try to play sports. Cardio is boring while sports are awesome and sociable.
