How to lose moobs? Firstly what are moobs, this is just simply man and boobs fused together. This is a common problem among men today, and something I suffered from this condition myself albeit mildy.
When it comes to man boobs, trust me when I say there is so much bullshit on how to lose them. I researched this topic quite heavily a few years back after developing this embarassing condition in my bodybuilding and excessive eating days. Today I still have a thin layer of fat on my chest, which is hardly noticeable any more but when I get ripped this goes completely. I work in a leisure centre as a lifeguard and so see many different type of physiques. But a lot of men have man boobs and what is even worse many of the kids suffer from this condition.
Gynecomastia Causes
Firstly, what is gynecomastia? It is the enlargement of the gland tissue of male breast. Gynecomastia must be distinguished from psuedogynemocastia, pseudo meaning fake and this is where fatty deposits accumulate in the breast area of men. Lucky for most men, they only suffer from psedocgnecomastia, which is treatable. Gynecomastia comes about by an imbalance in hormone levels. This imbalance happens when estrogen (female hormones) levels are increased relative to androgen (male hormones). All individuals possess both of these hormones but its when the relative levels change gynecomastia may occur. Changes in the hormone levels can be caused by things such as your diet, the water you drink and even the air you breathe.

Another problem affecting the male hormones is water. Now I haven’t really found a way around this problem but let me tell you a little bit about water. Bottled water contains xenoestrogens which basically mimic eostrogen. You see bottled water is shipped half way round the world before it even touches your lips. Who really knows how long this water has been sitting in that bottle for.
Water sitting in plastic collecting xenoestrogens is not good when you are trying to sort out a hormonal issue. So should you drink tap water? Even tap water has a problem. You see with the female hormone pill, when females pee, they are essentially peeing out a lot of these hormones which collects in the water system. The water is filtered but it is said that these hormones bypass this filtratin and end up coming through our taps.

Search the internet on how to lose moobs and you will see what I mean about bullshit. Most people would say you must train your chest by doing various exercises on it and doing lots of reps. This is what you shouldn’t be doing. By using moderate weights and lighter reps you will actually be contributing to your man boobs, as you will be building muscle covered by your layer of flab.
