[Kurt Angle has amazing neck development. As a wrestler having a strong neck is a necessity to avoid injury]

It recommends you are able to do the full repetitions of the full bridge in Convict Conditioning 1, which I am now able to do, so went ahead and started doing some neck workouts. But before I show you some videos of me performing the Convict Conditioning 2 workouts, let me tell you why strengthening your neck can be quite important.

Why Build Your Neck Using Neck Workouts?

It is the one muscle on your body that is on show the whole time of the year. Other muscles can be covered up by clothes, but you rarely see a guy wearing a jumper that covers their neck unless they have bad fashion. Other than aesthetic reasons building your neck using neck workouts has the added benefit of reducing injury to this area if you are an athlete. Boxers and wrestlers especially train their neck. It also allows you to take a punch to the jaw better as your head will be more sturdy, but do try to block the punch instead of taking one. Kurt Angle the former olympic champion and former WWE wrestler had a bad ass neck which came in at around 20 inches.
