Perfect Body Measurements For Women

So the other day I was watching a documentary called  The GreeksCrucible of Civilization, and it is clear to see that they had a real eye to what they believed was the perfect body measurements for women. You can see this from statues and artwork.

Now, I want to go on record and state that the perfect body measurements for females are going to differ. There is no right or wrong answer, just opinions. Different cultures like different things.

In the fashion industry, 36x26x36 is considered to be the perfect measurements for women. It is said having these measurements results in a woman looking best in any clothing situation. It is ridiculous to obsess over these numbers, so I say take them with a pinch of salt and don’t try to force your body to fit this standard. A much better method is about to be laid out for you and a solution provided which is personal to YOU, since you are UNIQUE.Okay, now that we have the political stuff out of the way, I am going to lay out a guide for you to work out how to achieve the perfect female measurements using ancient Greek knowledge.

Calculating Perfect Body Measurements For Women

This is not the perfect female body

Waist To Height Ratio:

Starting with your height, you are going to work out approximately 38% of this. For example, a woman of 5″8′ is 68″. 68 multiplied by 0.382058824 (38%) is 25.98. So for a woman of exactly 68″, her waist should be 25.98.

Note: Taken at most narrow point below ribs.

Shoulders To Waist Ratio:

Take your ideal waist and multiply this by 1.618. So in our example 25.98 x 1.618= 42.03. This is what your shoulders should be for a great visual effect.

Note: Taken at widest point in shoulders.

Hips To Waist Ratio:

Take your waist and multiply by 1.42. So 25.84 x 1.42= 36.89. This is what the hip circumference for a 5″8′ woman  should be to complete her perfect body measurements.

Note: Taken at widest point where butt sticks out.

Okay, so now that you know what makes the perfect body measurements for YOU, you need a program to attain this. Lucky for you we have a solution that WORKS.

Introducing The Venus Index

The Venus Index was created by 2 authors I mention quite a bit; John Barban and Brad Pilon. If you want to build a sexy, lean body, you got to start working out properly and not just hopping on the exercise bike and pedalling slowly for an hour. A good female program will provide resistance training for the muscles, cardio and a diet plan to complement. This plan was designed specifically to build the 3 proportions that I discussed earlier. Here is a free video for information on that:

Hard to really quantify what’s perfect when it comes to women. Kim Kardashian is considered beautiful and she’s nowhere near 36-26-36. I think different women look good at different body fat levels and body types: pear, hourglass, etc. I used to fall into the category of trying to mold myself into perfection but now I’d rather be me. As long as your healthy and fit, who really cares what your measurements are? Life would be really boring if every girl was 36-26-36. Just my .02 cents.

Definitely agree. I do think the ratios I provided work quite well though. I personally love the hour glass look.

So I’m supposed to have a 23.5″ waist and 33.5″ hips according to my height? That’s sooo small, like a size 0. I’m 5ft2 and 32-26-36, but I’d have to be 100lb to have the so-called ideal measurements. I think maybe if the waist/height ratio was a little bit higher… I’m sure I read somewhere the ideal is more like 0.42, or maybe that’s just wishful thinking lol.

I’m pretty sure Kim Kardashian is around 36-26-40, so she’s not that far off except for her butt. I’m not that far off myself, except for my boobs or lack of them (32-26-36). No-one’s perfect. This is the reality. Not even the models in magazines are perfect, they have been airbrushed to an inch of their lives!
