Rihanna was chosen to be the face of Armani, and there is no doubt this is because she has a great body. A lot of people search the term ‘Rihanna legs’, whether it is men just wanting to take a peek, or women wanting to know how to get Rihanna’s legs I cannot be sure, but one thing is she doesn’t get them from just genetics.

Rihanna actually done an interview with fabulous magazine where she spoke about what is known now as the Rihanna diet and also revealed some of her workout tips.

Rihanna Diet Plan

Rihanna was asked the question, do you have a strict diet? To which she replied:

Carbs are the enemy but if I go three days without them, I start getting weak. If my trainer had her way, I’d eat small meals every three hours, but I sometimes only eat once or twice a day. I have egg whites and pineapple for breakfast with hot water and lemon. For lunch I have fish and potatoes. I hate vegetables but I make myself eat them. For dinner I have fish again.

When trying to get extremely lean as Rihanna had to for her lingerie campaign for Armani, it is popular and a wise choice to ditch certain carbs out of your diet temporarily. A popular diet plan known as the Diet Solution, uses this exact same blueprint and to learn more about why this diet works, click on the book below.

For another diet, which allows you to lose weight just like the Diet Solution, but doesn’t require to ditch the carbs, is Eat Stop Eat, which I personally follow for various other health reasons.

The Rihanna Workout To Get Rihanna Legs

Okay, so to get legs like Rihanna, you have to follow a good diet such as the Rihanna diet, and then you can use the Rihanna workout in conjunction to carve yourself a fit, feminine physique. Rihanna was also asked, You have an amazing figure. How do you stay in shape?

“a lot of hard work and a lot of running on the treadmill.” “Cardio is the key. I have a personal trainer who travels with me if we have a big event coming up. I work out every day but I need a trainer to motivate me – I don’t find it much fun working out on my own.”  “Everyone wants to have slim, perfectly-toned legs and I’m the same. I do weights but I don’t want my legs to bulk up so I do a lot of cardio. I’ve lost a lot of weight since I started working out and if I exercise every day for a week, I can drop several pounds. If I diet, I see even faster results.”

When it comes to getting in shape, Rihanna has a great personal trainer who offers her great advice. The same type of advice that I offer to women to get legs like Rihanna and also the other nice trimmings. The key is to diet well, perform strength training 2-3 times per week, and do circuit training or cardio to create an even bigger calorie deficit. Watch this video presentation which details what I just mentioned.

Continuing on, Rihanna admitted in this interview that her favourite body part is her booty, and she does have a nice one. Armani most likely chose her to advertise their jeans as this is a unique selling point for them.

Note: below are two workout plans that are targeted at getting you a body like Rihanna.
