Why do I exclusively work with and coach the career driven man?
Because this is who I identify as and get on with. There are so many career driven men out there who are doing very well in their careers but not so well in their relationships and health & fitness goals.
When one or more of these 3 things is out of balance, the 1 thing your excelling at can even crash and leave you out in the cold.
What typically happens to career driven men who get a divorce or go through a nasty breakup with their partner? Their health suffers, and there performance at work suffers. And they may even get laid off.
What typically happens to the career driven man when his health and fitness suffers, and his body resembles a dad bod?
His sex drive goes down, his partner or wife is no longer attracted to him physically. Your wife might even leave you for a man who does take his health and fitness seriously and is just as succesful as you.
If you're single, you lack confidence to even talk to your dream lady, your dating life sucks, and when these personal problems add up, you can take them into work and your performance yet again suffers, potentially leaving you jobless, and a vicious cycle ensues.
If he has kids, he lacks the energy to be an active father which means his kids don’t like him much and they sure don’t look up to him. This happened with my own father, he didn’t prioritise his health and fitness and he wasn’t able to play with me much. I don’t want that for your kids if you have any.
So I decided to take matters into my own hands.
The career driven man who is only focused on his career also tends to develop a beer gut and man boobs. This is a secret danger that many men aren’t aware of.
You see, because you are not technically overweight, you believe your health is fine.
You couldn’t be more wrong.
Research shows that for men, if you are 24% body fat or over, you carry the same dangers that apply to overweight and obese people.

Having low muscle mass and high body fat poses a threat to your brain health. It was also linked to a decline in working memory, mental flexibility, orientation and self-control. These are symptoms seen in those Alzheimer’s disease.
By having fat around vital organs like the heart, liver and pancreas, it is believed to contribute to the development of type 2 diabetes, cancer and coronary heart disease.
Being skinny fat is likely caused by our modern way of life, sitting at a desk too much and eating too many calorie-dense, salty foods and drinking too much alcohol.
Doctors are dismissing you because you have normal BMI but deep down you know something is wrong otherwise you wouldn’t be here…
Let’s talk about the 2 most common excuses I hear:
EXCUSE #1 - I don’t have the time because I work too much and I have to pay the bills
Do you realize that if you die early from a heart attack unexpectedly, not only is your family unprepared mentally but the same financial worries you may have gets transferred to them.
You don’t have 30 minutes per day to get active?
Do you not watch Netflix? Or Sports? If so, I am sure you do for a lot longer than 30 minutes per day.
EXCUSE #2 - Eating healthy is expensive and time consuming
Who the hell told you that???
Do you know how much it costs to be unhealthy?

And they’re dying well before their years. Look, I have an economics degree and I say that to say this, we need talented men around to keep the economy productive. There’s way too many men who lack ambition, and don’t do much with their life, and are a drain on society.
Not you though, at least you have your shit together in your career.

When Jesse came to me, he was about 18 years old. He hadn't gained any fat yet, but I can guarentee he would have ended up skinny fat in a few years if he didn't start training and eating right.

ROY LOST FAT AND BUILT MUSCLE ALL WHILE SUFFERING A BAD BACK
Roy was a long standing member of the Royal Navy. And it took a toll on his back. He was taking many painkillers, and it even hurt when sleeping and frequently woke him up which was making him even feel fatigued. To combat this, he was having to drink a lot of coffee to keep him awake and alert to the job. When Roy came to me, I told him how my program wouldn't fix his back problems but it certainly would alleviate it. Building muscle would give his joints a better base. And losing excess fat would put less pressure on his joints. Over the course of working together, Roy's back pain improved considerably. DEAN FIRMED UP IN 4 WEEKS WITH 2-3 SESSIONS PER WEEK
Dean was a casual exerciser in my opinion. Like many people who go to the gym, they're not actually going for results but to make themselves feel better and to tick fitness off the list. But is that actually doing any good?
I didn't work with Dean for very long. He preferred to spend his money on holidays and other experiences and not coaching. But that's okay, we all have the right to choose what we do with our budgets.
