You get to work, and you just feel exhausted, but you have to fake smile even though you feel terrible. So you slam down the coffee and start to finally feel energised. Only 8 more hours you tell yourself. The clock is ticking down so slow, but two hours have passed, and you're feeling tired again. You grab another coffee and start to feel awake again. But your back hurts.

It's now lunchtime, so you order a chicken pasta, salad. You rush back to your desk to finish off the day at work. But damn, the lunchtime slump has hit you. You start drinking the energy drink you have stashed in your drawer. Can't this day just END so you can lay down on the couch watching your favourite Netflix show?

Finally you're home, you slip your shoes off, pop in a ready meal into the microwave, and you finally tuck into your sofa. Life is good right now! You get up from the couch, and you feel something in your hip. But that's become normal now. You shake it off and carry on. 

You settle for bed and you just can't sleep. Your tossing and turning, and even sweating. This is exercise right? You walk yourself to the fridge, raid your cupboards, and fill yourself up on junk food until you're full. No one saw you so those calories don't count right?

As you try to settle down for bed for round 2. A thought pops in your head, "I really F*****G hate my life." So you go on your phone and google how to lose weight. You read that you need to go to the gym 5-6 days a week doing hours of cardio and weights. You read that you need to ditch the carbs, and another site says ditch the fats. Cut out the junk food and you'll look like the bodybuilder who wrote it.  

​I want to let you in on a secret.

But will you pinky swear you won't tell anyone? Just kidding, I just wanted to lighten the mood. That was pretty heavy stuff.

SOMEBODY LIED

The secret is you don't need to all of that stuff. I've been there, done that. It doesn't work long term. I actually found I ended up in worse shape once I started inevitably bingeing. 

​Once I started doing things properly, I never looked back. I got in great shape, and stayed that way. I was so passionate about my own transformation, I started fixing other peoples weight problems. And they paid me good money for it. I turned it into a career. And I'm pretty darn good if I do say so myself.

​But I can hear you already? You don't have time to work out and cook proper meals....Besides I'm too tired anyway...

"I used to believe the same thing."

I used to read every weight loss article out there, even though most disagreed with each other. I went on the high protein, low fat and low carb diet to get in shape. It makes sense right? I used to believe I had to do hours of cardio per week, and sprint like a mad man. I even weight trained to the point of exhaustion. ​

UNIVERSITY

I went to the University of Kent to study Economics, and by the time I graduated I became an expert in Economics; but also body transformations. I finally learnt how to get in shape myself, when I found a mentor called Rusty Moore; a trainer from Seattle who had extremely polarising views when it came to fitness. My kind of person. 

I read his whole site and started applying his knowledge. I wanted to wake up fresh in the mornings so I could study effectively and take my lectures seriously. I mean I'd never ever done economics in my life before. It was daunting . I also wanted to attract the pretty girls in the clubs, so being in great shape and confidence was a great bonus. Did I mention I achieved all of this in as little as 2-3 hours of training per week? And I was hardly the best chef, or had the time to cook awesome gourmet meals. 

Before university, I wanted to become an investment banker. After university I knew what I wanted to do now. I wanted to give people the feeling of feeling like a true superhuman. I felt unstoppable. I had unlimited energy. My confidence finally arrived. And my brain worked to its full capacity to the point I could learn almost anything with enough determination. 

I wanted to help people just like you. So you can become your best version and help the world in your own way. We're all special, some of us just don't know it yet. And this is my super power. I truly believe that. I make other people the best versions of themselves. I wake up the confidence within.
